ABOUT IAN
Born and raised in Canberra Australia and have also lived in Hobart, Tasmania and Sydney NSW. I have pursued my passion for photography and the outdoors since child hood. I am a qualified teacher with a Master of Teaching and have a working with vulnerable person card issued in the ACT.

Based in Canberra, I have easy access to the unspoiled Namadgi wilderness areas of the southern ACT and the Snowy Mountains
areas in NSW, Australia. These areas have unique landscapes with ancient flora and fauna which provide brilliant opportunities for landscape and nature photography. The southern ACT and Snowy Mountains enjoy some of the darkest skies in the world. This enables the elusive Aurora Australis and the wonders of the southern sky to be captured on camera.
